  • We highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance, as tours often sell out in advance. You can purchase tickets online or over the phone at (833) 898 6700 (toll free).

  • Chevron down Are these guided tours?
  • Yes. All of our Tours are guided by knowledgeable guides, many of whom currently work in the entertainment industry professionally.

  • Chevron down Are Children allowed on the Tours?
  • Absolutely. We offer family friendly Tours, but please be mindful that you are responsible for the safety of your children, especially on the walking tours.

  • Chevron down Are your Walking Tours very active?
  • All of our walking Tours are set at a leisurely pace and very comfortable for all types of people. There are no hikes or hills to conquer or strenuous activity. You are never really walking for more than a few minutes at a time, due to the number of hot spots we stop at. If at any point you need a rest or some water, notify the guide and they will make it happen!

  • Chevron down Are there bathroom breaks on the Tours?
  • Our number 1 priority is your comfort and enjoyment, so yes. Just let your guide know discreetly and they will be more than happy to accommodate you as soon as possible.

  • Chevron down Do your guides accept Tips?
  • Gratuity is not included in the ticket price. Our guides work incredibly hard to provide the best possible experience for you, so they would certainly enjoy your appreciation.

  • Chevron down What is your refund and cancellation policy?
  • Ticket purchases are non-refundable however, you may reschedule your Tour (Subject to availability) up to 24 hours before your scheduled Tour time.

    If LA Stories cancels a tour for any reason, paid guests will be able to reschedule to another Tour time (Subject to availability) or obtain a full refund.

  • Certain Tours may include refreshments. Please check the individual Tours.

  • Chevron down Do you run tours in bad weather?
  • This is assessed on a case by case basis. We endeavor to run the tours as much as possible, with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Feel free to call us if you have concerns.

  • Yes. We show you the sightseeing hot spots, tell you incredible stories and give you the opportunity to take amazing photos and video, to enhance your L.A Story. Don’t forget to #LAStories and show us all your great snaps.

  • Chevron down How do we hear the Tour guide if we are walking?
  • You will be provided special equipment to ensure you are able to hear everything. Please check your confirmation details for specific instruction pertaining to your particular Tour.

  • There is an option at checkout to add a private pick-up/drop-off at an additional cost.

  • Chevron down Are your Tours ADA Compliant?
  • All are welcome and we do everything possible to make our Tours as comfortable, accessible and enjoyable as possible.

  • Chevron down Can you recommend transport to get to/from your Tours?
  • If you don’t already have Uber or Lyft are a great option. They are rideshare services (Like a cab, but with real people driving them).

    They are probably a good option as parking in L.A can be tricky and expensive at times.

    You can download both apps from the App/Google play store, depending on your device.

  • Chevron down Do you offer Private Tours?
  • Yes, we offer Private, VIP and customizable Tours. You can choose from our current inventory as a jumping off point, or send us a request for any specific things you want to see/do, any ideas you have, or you can just ask us to put something together for you.

    For Private bookings, we are able to run our current Tours at a time that is most convenient for you. They are fully Customizable to best suit your needs.

    Whether it’s a family celebration, corporate outing, Holiday party, conference sign up event, Incentive group or Teambuilding, we will take great care of you!

  • Chevron down Do I need to print my reservation?
  • If you want to, but you can just show us your reservation on your phone at check-in if you prefer. Make sure you have your photo I.D with you.
